You are eligible to request a return if:

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice/order ID).
  • Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of product delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products damaged due to improper use, mishandling, or poor storage after delivery.
  • Items marked as “Final Sale,” “Clearance,” or “Non-Returnable”
  • Perishable items (if applicable), due to hygiene, shelf-life, or safety reasons.

3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Provide your order details, reason for return, and if applicable, supporting photos/videos of the issue.

Once your return is approved, we may:
  • Arrange for pick up via our logistics partner (where serviceable), or
  • Request you to self-ship the product to our designated warehouse address (provided during return approval).

4. Refund Policy

  • Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will initiate the refund process.
Refund Timeline:
  • Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days after we receive the returned product.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, net banking, etc.).
  • If your payment was made via Cash on Delivery (COD), we will contact you for bank account details for the refund.
  • In case of payment gateway or bank delays, please allow an additional 3–5 working days for the amount to reflect in your account.
  • We will keep you informed via email or SMS during each stage of the refund process.

5. Replacement Policy

If you’d prefer, you may opt for a replacement instead of a refund, subject to the following:
  • Replacements are available only for eligible return cases (damaged, defective, or incorrect products).

6. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be subject to our return policy instead.
