As the founder of Falvi Agro Chemicals and Fertilizer Pvt. Ltd., he led the development of a robust product range including pesticides, fertilizers, and PGRs. His deep understanding of market dynamics and soil science allows him to drive operational excellence and strategic direction, ensuring Palvi Agrico remains at the forefront of delivering sustainable, cutting-edge solutions to farmers across India.

Mr. Nitin Ingole
Mr. Nitin Ingole is a visionary leader bridging the gap between agriculture and finance. As the founder of the Manganga Parivar - a conglomerate spanning banking, dairy, and agro-care - he brings a unique synergy of technical expertise and financial acumen to the company. A seasoned banking professional with over 19 years of experience, he holds an M.Sc. in Agriculture and is a Certified Associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers (CAIIB). His leadership is the cornerstone of Palvi Agrico’s financial stability and its commitment to rural prosperity.

Shri Vijayrao Patil brings an unmatched 40 years of dedicated service to the agricultural sector. His illustrious career includes groundbreaking research at Bhabha Atomic (Agri Research) and strategic corporate leadership at Deepak Fertilisers, where he helped establish the trusted Mahadhan brand. Renowned for introducing specialty nutrition solutions for sugarcane and banana crops across Maharashtra and Gujarat, he now guides Palvi Agrico in crafting farmer-centric product strategies and fostering innovation in sustainable farming practices.
